Who is Autumn?
Autumn Calabrese is a bestselling author, an IIN-certified holistic health coach and has held certifications from NASM and AFPA. She's created some life-changing fitness + nutrition programs as a Beachbody Super Trainer.
She's also no stranger to stomach struggles. She’s dealt with tummy troubles over the years — but after much trial and error and working closely with her doctor, she’s finally learned how to uncover her “food sensitivities.”

Who should do this program?
Anyone with any kind of digestive issues, discomfort, food sensitivities. Really… anyone can benefit from better understanding the connection between your gut and overall health.
What should I expect?
Autumn will provide instructional videos, materials, and easy-to-follow guides. You’ll also receive recipes and tips to encourage you as you navigate the program at your own pace.
Are there required supplements?
While nothing is required, there are suggestions that are made available through Beachbody —- Optimize, Revitalize, and vegan Shakeology (comes in several flavors) are highly recommended for success.
What are the workouts like?
You’ll do a total of 16 workouts — 4 workouts per week for 4 weeks — all under 30 minutes START TO COOLDOWN. There are also 4 optional indoor cycling rides that you can integrate with your regular workouts.
What equipment do I need?
A set of dumbbells and core ball are recommended.
